When I finally did get through to ask to speak to a doctor about shielding advice for my prematurely born son, I was fobbed off by the receptionist and told to look up info on the government website instead, because COVID is such a new virus the doctors don’t have the information. The rest of the country is getting back to work but where are the GPs? Why aren’t they answering the phones? Disgraceful!
