get an appointment oftentimes they do not even answer your calls. They are immensely incompetent at providing repeat prescriptions which causes health issues for their patients. The reception staff are repeatedly rude however the doctors and nurses are good. Their service simply isn’t good enough and has only changed for the worse since using the surgery for the last 19 years.
45 minutes to speak to someone is no understatement. Disgusting. This kind of service would definitely encourage a household to move out of the Borough. But is this the norm nationally?

When I finally did get through to ask to speak to a doctor about shielding advice for my prematurely born son, I was fobbed off by the receptionist and told to look up info on the government website instead, because COVID is such a new virus the doctors don’t have the information. The rest of the country is getting back to work but where are the GPs? Why aren’t they answering the phones? Disgraceful!
