Croft Medical Centre

I moved from Birmingham to Chelmsley wood and I am a foster carer, I have not been able to register with croft medical center as they keep telling me that they do not have spaces left. I have to drive 30 miles to see my gp in bikrmingham

I was distressed that the operation had been cancelled first time and i was worried what was going to happen. GP never saw me or I never had any follow ups on back of my breast cancer. There was no reviews or communication.
Difficult discussing to receptionist and needed someone of medical profession who could advice.

My doctor is great, know me by name and always helpful.

my mobility has changed and I have diabetes. my toe nail needs cutting and I have to pay 85 pounds every time because my GP will not refer me to the service for free.

My GP surgery is good, the thing is I'm struggle to much to get an appointment.
I personally have to travel to Birmingham just to see a doctor, if I don't get an appointment

I have not seen the GP since 2019 when I was referred to mental health service. I was prescribed with anti-depressants and anxiety medication. Ever since covid, I have been calling the GP for appointment but still have not got any appointment. Thanks to local mental health charities who support me and are there for me whenever I need to speak with someone.

Long waiting time to get any appointment and also not seeing the GP face to face. I always do phone consultation and not. My mental health is not bad at the moment because I have the local charities who support me. Sometimes I wish I can see the doctor and have a personal conversation.

I waited for 4 years to see the doctor and i was told i could only send pictures of my affected area and the doctor will call me. What if I wanted to share other personal matters with doctor. I feel like its getting worse. I had to pay to have face to face with a dermatologist.

I have been trying to call and even walked in to speak with receptionist to get an appointment to see the doctor but never happened. its been 3 years and I have a long term condition. I always go to the A&E when am not well.

I have a skin condition and my GP is taking long to refer me to the dermatologist. The GP says its not as easy as it seem to do a referral. The skin condition is all over my face and its making my mental health get worse as I have not had any social contact with friends or out and about. I can only go to the shop and back home.
