The receptionist are rude and want to know your business, my issues are personal and I feel uncomfortable telling the reception. I have been wanting to see the doctor and the receptionists are doing everything for it not to happen.

Trying to get assess to healthcare service is not easy, the waiting time for appointment is getting worse by the day. Hospital wait is also a big issue.

I love the NHS, I think they are great, friendly and they are doing their best to support everyone. I am happy with my doctor he helps me anytime I call.

I am grateful for the NHS but the GP service is worse. I have mental health issues and i have been trying to get an appointment for support but still not getting anywhere with it. I self referred to mental health support group

I moved from Birmingham to Chelmsley wood and I am a foster carer, I have not been able to register with croft medical center as they keep telling me that they do not have spaces left. I have to drive 30 miles to see my gp in bikrmingham
poor service

I was distressed that the operation had been cancelled first time and i was worried what was going to happen. GP never saw me or I never had any follow ups on back of my breast cancer. There was no reviews or communication.

my mobility has changed and I have diabetes. my toe nail needs cutting and I have to pay 85 pounds every time because my GP will not refer me to the service for free.

My GP surgery is good, the thing is I'm struggle to much to get an appointment.
