Snotty staff and hard to get an appointment

Its really hard to get an appointment. The staff are snotty and unhelpful.
Nurses great with regular blood tests

I have to have regular blood tests related to my ongoing health issues. Appointments are always booked in advance, I don't usually wait long. Nurses are lovely and treat me with good care.
Repeated mistakes made with medication

The staff are snotty resulting in a number of heated conversations with them. I must say though that the problems I am experiencing are due to the GPs not correctly prescribing my medications. They keep making errors which are difficult to have rectified having to deal with unhelpful staff. One of the ladies on reception is really helpful but if your not lucky enough to speak to her it makes things difficult and very stressful.
Can never get an appointment

I can never get an appointment. I have ongoing issues with my knee and need a knee replacement but I've been told that I'm too young and need to lose weight. I'm not overweight and in my early 60's so I'm not sure why I have been told this information.
Poor service, poor staff attitude

Hard to get through on the phone lines, hard to see a GP. Waited months for a lung function test. Staff on reception are abrupt and unsympathetic.

Receptionist are always polite and try to help

Having quite a few medical issues, the doctors always happy to give me that extra time to explain and always follow up with a phone call if needed.
Bring back return call option

Instead of holding for ages for a receptionist there used to be an option that you could press a number for a call back. This worked really well for me and its a shame its no longer an option.
Good online service

Having background experience in IT I find the online system of accessing my GP easy. Using technology to send pictures etc to my GP has worked well and I have only had positive experiences with this.
Access to mental health support

I have been taking medication for my depression for almost 18 months now. I feel a bit okay but I wish to stop taking it and getting alternative care. I have tried to speak with the doctor but he doesn't seem to be bordered about my situation.
