My complaint was not accepted!
It is difficult to get an appointment. It's hard to get through on the telephone , it's normal to be holding for an hour to then be told that there are is no availability. You cannot book an appointment for the next day but are told to try again tomorrow. There are no appointments available on line even when they have told me there are. Over two weeks ago I handed in a letter to the receptionist for the doctors attention to issue urgent medication as outlined by the hospital. I have still not heard back and the pharmacy has not received the prescription. Some GP's are nice when you see them but I had an experience which was awful with one doctor. They accused me of smelling of alcohol, I do not drink and explained this. I tried to make an official complaint but they would not accept it.
