Ignored concerns delaying cancer diagnosis

This service is awful. When my mother was ill we could never get her an appointment and they would not listen to any of our concerns which delayed her cancer diagnosis. This meant that nothing could be done to treat it.
Given up trying to get appointments

I can never get an appointment here and the receptionists are not very helpful so I don't even bother trying anymore.
Not properly informed prior to vaccination

I had a COVID vaccine here nearly 2 weeks ago which has made me feel very unwell. I am now concerned as I was not given the pamphlet to read beforehand which lists potential symptoms it may cause.
Wait too long for appointments

You can't get an appointment here. You have to phone at half 8 in the morning and by the time you get through all of the appointments are gone. When you do eventually get an appointment you can only discuss one thing with the doctor and have to book another appointment for anything else.

Excellent care from midwife

The midwife here provides excellent care and is so friendly. She makes sure to keep in touch and is easy to reach if I have any problems or concerns.

I have been visiting the hub at the weekend for wound dressings. The service has been good, the staff and nurses have been great.
Okay care but long wait for appointments

I recently attended a general check up and the care from the nurse was okay. One of the receptionists here can be quite abrupt and seems to think she owns the place. There can be a 3 week wait for appointments which is very frustrating.
Had to reschedule appointment

I had an appointment booked for 2pm regarding issues with my circulation but I thought it was at 2:20pm. When I arrived they refused to see me and told me that I needed to book another appointment. I always have to wait for a long time to be seen anyway so I'm sure they could have still fit me in. This is made even worse by the fact that I am disabled and had to pay for a taxi to attend the appointment.
Polite and helpful reception staff

I have no complaints about this service. I can usually get an appointment when I need one and the reception staff are polite and helpful.
