Very good diabetes nurse

I see the diabetes nurse here every 6 months and they are very good. They are always contactable if I have any problems.

I visit this surgery for blood tests and blood pressure checks. I call for appointments for more general issues and they can never see me the same day but instead give me telephone consultations up to a week later.

Good service but long waits on the phone

I visit this service for blood tests and blood pressure checks and it's mostly good. The only issue is the long wait times on the phone which are a pain.
Good appointment but prescription didn't go to pharmacy

I phoned up for an appointment in the morning and after a short wait I got an appointment for the same day. The doctor was very good and I felt reassured by the thorough examination. The only issue was that the pharmacy said they never received the prescription they said they'd send over.
Lovely helpful nurse

I booked a health checkup online and received confirmation. When I arrived I found out my appointment time had changed but luckily it was only by 10 minutes. The nurse was lovely and very helpful. She went through a range of questions and gave me advice. I have no complaints really.
Easy to get in and staff are nice

It is easy to get appointments here and the doctors are nice. The receptionists are always nice and helpful too.
Confusion caused by booking link

My most recent experience was disappointing due to unclear communication and confusion caused by booking an appointment via the booking link. I was invited to book an appointment and they sent me a link which I booked the appointment with. I then had a telephone call from the doctor and they discussed my health and gave me instructions. I then attended my appointment as booked to be told it was cancelled. But I had not received notification that the appointment was cancelled and the doctor had not told me not to attend. When I attended the surgery and was told that the appointment was cancelled they said a prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. I was disappointed by the service and the time that was wasted.
