Bosworth Medical Centre

This is not my usually surgery but my appointment went okay.

The doctors here are good and I can get appointments most of the time. I have no problems with them really.

I always find it hard to get appointments here.

I have found them to be a bit unhelpful overall.

I needed to be referred for a minor operation on my foot and they were brilliant.

I can't see my GP and don't know if I have a named one. They gave me an appointment with an ACP and not a GP so there is no point going to see them and I don't want to discuss my problems with a receptionist. I should not have to go around the houses to see a GP.

I get my vaccinations done here and everything always goes well.

My experience of Bosworth Medical Centre is normally pretty good. To access an appointment I do have to strategically plan my morning to ensure that I can get through on the telephone or make it to the surgery in person.

The service provided by Bosworth Medical Centre has really improved. I have found it easy to access appointments using the dedicated over 75 phoneline. I might have to wait for an appointment and they are not always with a GP but they are still very good. I feel safer and more reassured now that primary care is easier to access.

Once I got through and explained my problem, I was told to come down to surgery at 10 o’clock. I explained that I could not walk and I couldn't get there till 2:30. I was told to phone back for afternoon appointment. Why do I have to wait in a queue again for an appointment? Why can they not give you appointment for the afternoon? It's maddening. I’m in pain and this is so stressful, I cannot believe I have to start this whole process again later today. No wonder people are going to A&E. Dreadful service
