They are better than my last surgery. If I need an appointment I can usually get one. I was on the phone to them for 45 minutes recently but after discussing my issue a little they got me booked in. The doctors are all okay too and are always nice when I speak to them.

Accessing appointments can be difficult and while some of the reception staff are helpful they could definitely do better.

They are rubbish. It is a real job to try and get through on the phone, it takes about 40 minutes. Appointments are normally with locums who don't know your history. They do their best to get you in but it's with associates or other staff who can't prescribe. Communication is also a real issue. I have recently been having issues with repeat prescriptions. The receptionist told me that they can't help and I have to go through the pharmacy.

I have no problems at all. I can get appointments easily and the doctors are good. I think it is easier to get appointments because of my age, I've been a patient since the late 60s.

I am happy with the care I receive here and have no problems getting appointments when I need one.

I popped in to get an appointment and got one quite easily. I am happy with the access and care overall. I think they've improved recently as I now find it easier to get in.

I have been receiving ongoing physiotherapy here for the past 2 years after being referred by my GP. They have not really helped at all.

I had a good experience with the nurse here when I had concerns around contraception. The communication was good and they talked me through the options. I felt really listened to and they really put me at ease.

I struggle to get appointments here. The respiratory nurse is very good though.
