Long wait for appointment so had to walk over

I was waiting a long time for them to arrange an appointment for me. In the end I walked to the surgery to speak to them and got an appointment booked in.
Difficult to access appointments

I have been experiencing serious side effects from a medication I have been taking and have been finding it difficult to get appointments. I am often waiting a long time on the phone and have to call multiple times. Whenever I have been able to get in the doctor has been good.
Good service, very quick

They are very quick. The booking system is good and when I had a blood test recently I got the results back quickly. They also contact you via text with updates which is good.
Good with appointments for young son

I can always get in when necessary especially when I need appointments for my young son. They are especially helpful with my one year old son's eczema.
Difficult to get appointments over the phone

The time spent waiting on the phone for an appointment uses up all of my mobile credit. A call back service would be useful to prevent this. I remember when it used to be easy to get an appointment and you wouldn't wait long to be seen by a doctor who knew you. I avoid visiting in person if I can but I really needed to be seen today and did manage to get an appointment which is good.
Long wait for appointments

It is hard to get an appointment here. I have been waiting for 5 months for a steroid injection in my knee.
Good diabetes management service

I attend regular diabetes management appointments here which are usually blood tests. The care during these appointments is always good.
Lovely staff and I\'m happy with the service

I never have any issues with this surgery, the staff are lovely and I'm happy with the service. The only thing that bothers me is only being able to talk about one thing during each appointment.
Easier to get seen than in the past

I am happy with the service they provide. It is easier to get face to face appointments now than it has been in the past which is great.
Good but could improve appointment system

I don't need to go very often but I can usually get an appointment when needed. The only improvement that could be made is to the phone line system. When calling at opening time you spend a long time waiting which can be difficult around work and school runs. I have noticed an improvement recently though which is good as it's now much easier to get appointments.
