Not happy with Gp response

I cannot get any appointment and always on hold on the phone. The staff are okay once you are able to get face to face appointment.

My GP referred me because I am under 18. I then received a letter to phone to book an appointment. I had trouble getting through to them but once I did the appointment was arranged quickly so didn't have to wait long to be seen.

My own GP at Croft Medical Centre advised make a self- referral for physio at Bosworth Medical Centre. I was contacted by telephone and on my first visit all future appointments were booked in for me. Treatment has been going well over the last 4/5 sessions. The physio's are good and have discussed and demonstrated exercises to do at home to help recovery.

Getting an appointment with a doctor is very hard. I can never get through to reception on the phone. Being of a certain age with mobility problems I need to make appointments on the phone.

The nurses here are great. Can easily pre-book appointments and the care and service is excellent. They have time for you which is lovely you know.

It can be difficult getting an appointment. I couldn't get an appointment yesterday when I tried but managed to get one today.

I have to come for regular blood tests and the nurses are just wonderful. The appointments are always pre-booked and I never have any problems. They are friendly and caring and take good care of me.

This is the second time I've been sent here by Kingshurst Medical Practice where we can never get a face to face appointment. I'm just relieved that my young son will be seen by a doctor today. I'm happy with the care and the experience at Bosworth Medical Centre.

Excellent service phoned this morning and got an appointment for my daughter. We were here a few weeks ago and it was a suspected viral infection but as she is unwell again so soon they are seeing her to check her over and make sure she doesn't need antibiotics.
