I kept going to the doctors with stomach pain and I kept being given co-codomol, I told them I thought something was going on but they didn't listen to me. It went on for months and I ended up in hospital for emergency surgery.

It is very difficult to get any appointment at this GP surgery but once I get appointment the doctors are great.

Things have gone much better after a couple rough years. I have seen the GP for my knee issues and the doctor has made a referral to the consultant.

I rang up asking if they could write me a letter to say am their patient and they asked me to pay £25.

Poor service. 10 minutes turns to 40 minutes, turn up for appointment and they ask why you are here. The service never replies to letters and emails.

I have lost confidence in the medical professionals. They don't seem to care anymore about my needs, and I am not being treated as an individual. Now the receptionist will ask personal questions before deciding on whether it is necessary for me to see the doctor or not.

It is all generally good, but the only downside is trying to get an appointment.
You can't make appointments over the desk which would be more convenient.
Getting appointment over the phone is impossible because of the wait times.
Most appointments are face to face when you do get an appointment.
For my daughter, we always see the same nurse for injections and her chest. The Dr's are quite helpful when you see them.

The mental health support stuffs at the surgery are not supportive, they cancelled my appointments and told me to continue taking my depression medication. I just want to be seen and find other ways of coping with my mental health.

For some years now, it is really difficult to get my test results nevertheless getting appointment with the doctor to go through with me. I always chase after my test results, and the receptionist are not helpful

You cannot always get appointments when you contact the surgery as get through on the phone is an issue.
When you manage to get through, the staff say someone will call me back later, but they never do.
By the time you manage to speak to anyone the appointments are all gone.
Trying to get medications is a struggle.
