Bosworth doctors are always so hard to communicate with - They are rude and never have appointments. I'd like to be able to attend Doctors in morning before opening and see doctors like when i was young
Impossible to get appointments

Hang on the phone for an hour to be confronted by the gate keepers. Who decide if you get an appointment or not. Took me a year to get a face to face
nurse was great

Went to the surgery to get covid jabs done. The nurse was good and they provided information and advised on symptoms and checked afterwards.

They are good but sometimes they can be slow and I have to chase my results. I waited for a year before getting diagnose with diabetes and later I did not get any support.

I have COPD and the GP has been good to be so far, overall am happy with my care.

Can not pass reception, the reception is rude and arrogant. They are asking too many personal questions. Am frustrated and disappointed in the system. No one seem to care and do something about it.

I need blood test for my medication and I always have to wait too long before getting it done. I suffer from depression and if I don't get my medication I get suicidal.

No one answering the phone, I walk in to find the receptionist drinking tea and not talking on the phone. When I asked why no one was answering the phone ,she was rude and arrogant. Poor reception and it gives me anxiety anytime I have to call the GP.

Difficult to see doctor, Am told that I can have a phone consultation and send pictures of my skin issues. Also had to wait too long before seeing hospital specialist.
