Awful experience at point of contact
The first point of contact is what sets the whole experience and unfortunately the staff here are not pleasant and my experience is never nice. The phonelines are always busy and its hard to get through, maybe they need more staff answering the telephones. The system is terrible. When I speak to the receptionists on the phone and/or in person they are not nice. They are unapproachable, unhelpful and quite honestly they are horrible. The doctors are nurses are very nice but you have to get through the horrible rude reception staff first to see them. It has taken me two days to get an appointment this week, despite this being at the request of my cardiologist, and related to a heart condition that I live with.
