Receptionist interference

It's hard to comprehend how a receptionist can make a decision about my health without consulting the doctors. The receptionist told me to take paracetamol for my persistence headache. On two occasions, I have had to go to a private doctor for something that my GP could have looked at.
Have to chase up on test results as a diabetic

Being a diabetes patient, I expect that the GP will give me more attention when it comes to my physical health. I have been completely left on my own. I do my blood test every 6 months and every time I have to chase up for my results. It does not end there because I have to wait for appointment to see the doctor to give me update on my health.
Discriminated because I can't wear a mask

I felt discriminated for not wearing mask to the surgery, I had my exemption on my neck showing I had a reason for not wearing mask. I still got told to wear it before I could come into the surgery.

Waiting to see the doctor and medication

Long waiting time on the call, never get through and that means I will never be able to see the doctor in person, when they say they will call beck, I never get a call back. I am in my 80s and I do not have the capacity to do things easily. I wish they could consider it.
No consideration

I can not get appointment to see the doctor face to face. I have problem with speaking loud and sometimes it is hard to explain myself on the phone. Seeing the doctor face to face will be much better for me.
long waiting times

It takes long to see a doctor and the between the waiting time my illness got worse. I had to be taken to the hospital. After I got home and I called the GP, I still got told to come in in 3 weeks time. I do not understand all this waiting time.
Terrible, on hold for over 2 hours

Terrible, I recently gave birth. I required an appointment but I was on hold for 2 hours to be told to phone back at 8am the next day. Phones don't open until 8.30am.

Been pretty good to be fair. Fitted us in, a lot of doctors aren't bothered but they are happy to see you.
The only issue is the waiting time. One day, it took 45 minutes for answering the phone and had to wait for that long.

Still awaiting for to hear about physio

I was referred by my regular GP physio for physio treatment at Bosworth medical centre. I was not provided with any medication to aid with the pain and I am still awaiting for an appointment from the physio to treatment.
