A poor service & experience
Getting through on the phone to book an appointment is an absolute nightmare. Some receptionists are wonderful but others are not so great. I do find that they are better and more accommodating when you call for an appointment for a child. You never see the same doctor twice which means that you have to spend your limited appointment time explaining your medical history. I don't feel listened to, and I feel rushed during appointments trying to explain things, be properly examined, diagnosed, and treated.
