Waiting time on the phone

Lengthy phone waiting time, I'm not sure how non-urgent and urgent appointments are. The only option is to walk in and speak with the reception which is not convenient for me as I work long hours all days of the week.

It is hard to get an appointment to see the doctor, but when I finally do, the doctors are great. The care is great I guess the only thing that needs to change is the phone system.

It is just hard to get through, as a working mother especially when I need to see the doctor for my kids. I can get appointment that suits me as a worker and it can take weeks before I get a suitable time and date. I'm a primary school teacher just imagine how difficult it is for me.

My experience has been excellent, I have only praises for the Doctors and nurses here. Whenever I call, I was able to get appointment.

The GP practice services are great once you get pass the telephone system. It easier for me to get there. Staff are all kind and helpful once I get through or turn up.

It's really bad, nothing to say really, no words to express my disappointment. I wait in the queue then I get cut off after hours of waiting.

I can never get through on the phone, this can be dangerous to my health as I suffered sepsis and I could not get any appointment to see the doctor. I ended up in the hospital.

Made an appointment at 8.55am and was seen at 9.50am. I had an excellent treatment. They took their time to listen to me.

Amazing service, I always get appointment, even though there is a waiting time. Staff are really friendly and the doctors are really caring. The only downside is the appointment system, surgery seems to be busy always. Dr Dhokia is great too
Long waiting time

I have worked all my life and I am spending money to pay for my health now or otherwise I will have to wait 3 years to get anything done. I paid for a private consultation before I was referred to the hospital. I was then told that I have to wait for 18 months before I can get a date for my surgery.
