Waiting time to see a physio

Physiotherapy
February 17, 2023
I have had a back problem since 2019 and because of covid my visit to see a physio was cancelled. Now things have gone to normal I am still on the waiting list. My back is hurting me and causing other issues for me. It is impacting my daily life and everyone around me.

I waited 4 months before seeing a consultant after I was first diagnosed. Then I had no information again except that my GP referred me to a cancer support group.

The staff at the hospital are doing their best they can, but sometimes I feel like they can improve waiting time for appointment and also if they can provide more information at the front desk.

Access to cancer treatment

Cancer services
February 13, 2023
I was referred to see a consultant at the hospital, and after the consultation I was left alone without further indications on what to do next. The GP asked me to wait for recommendations from the consultant but because it was taking long I went private to get another opinion. The private doctor was quicker and now am being treated.

No A&E Solihull

February 8, 2023
Not having A&E in Solihull is shocking due to the amount of residents in Solihull who are mostly elderly, It's too much for them to travel to Heartlands.

Lack of basic care of a deaf patient

February 3, 2023
How can you do a mental capacity test on a deaf patient if you don't make sure they can hear you and how can a patient react to a nurses or doctor if that don't make sure they can hear you, our experience was bordering on neglect.
