Excellent care from oncology team

Very good treatment and care received from the oncology team at Solihull hospital. It's a shame that more services are not provided from this hospital and that local residents have to travel to the QE for treatment and procedures. Parking and access are excellent at Solihull compared to other hospitals.

Outstanding treatment and care from oncology

Treatment and care received at Solihull Hospital was fantastic. I was treated by Dr Salik who was amazing throughout. I was kept well informed treated with dignity and kindness, and felt very reassured throughout.

Maternity care support is not safe

Maternity visits at Solihull hospital is not safe because the staff are not supportive and they are dismissive too.

Horrible operation experience

Experience of gall bladder removal operation was horrible. I spent 6 hours in waiting area the day of the operation, no food and no drink. I was on my own for couple of hours.

Waiting for appointment date since last year

Referral made last year 2022 at Neurology. No one has contacted me from the hospital and I am still waiting for an appointment.

I have been having a persistent infections in my throat. My doctor sent me to the hospital for further investigations. I am very pleased with the results.

Waiting 9 months for urology appointment

In June 2022 I had a scan and would be put on the waiting list to be seen. 9 months on I still don't know when I will be seen. I feel desperate, and this is causing me on-going worry.

Seen quickly and prompt results

I recently had an MRI on my knee at Solihull hospital. Parking was easy with plenty of disabled bays close to the outpatient department. I was not waiting long and when I was seen the staff were lovely. I received the result quickly via post. Overall very happy.
