Very frustrating waiting all that time just to make an appointment, which is a now a telephone call scheduled for next week for my medical review, not satisfactory

Service is terrible blaming Covid for lack of staff, there are temp agencies and a lot of pople out of work - this is no excuse

I accept face to face consults are difficult but I have been called and diagnosed incorrectly by various clinicians without being examined

On minus side nearly an hour on phone line there must be a better way. On the plus side when doctor phoned he listen to me and was very helpful and kind.I do miss getting through to own surgery and seeing the doctors I have got to know. Sign of the times.
Cannot sit holding on telephone for hours

During full lockdown you emailed out on triage and you get a call from the doctor who I rate quite highly but you could never get appointment with b4 lockdown. It was great.
Now you have to phone .... I was made redundant and now have a job but I cannot sit trying to get through when I am working. The service isn’t catering to needs of the current world. I have to weigh up paying my mortgage or my health as there is no government assistance if I lost my job! We are a first world country you shouldn’t have to chose.

Ridiculous Service

We tried to book in for a mental health appointment was caller number 38 and they had no available appointments at all. Said they only book in 2 weeks in advance. Ludicrous!
Very difficult to get in touch with.

Last week had telephone consult doctor thought there maybe a medication I could have but she wanted to make sure it was ok with other medication I take asked if she could get back to me. That was Tuesday now Sunday and nothing. You never get the same doctor twice and they never seem to know anything about you.

After wait for 63 minutes call was answered transferred to another queue to be I formed Dr would call back.
It is I possible to get an appointment even for babies who have not been seen by anyone for 4 now the and have an undiagnosed health condition

I waited 45 mins on the phone to be forwarded to another queue for 15 mins. My husband had poor service with a diagnosis...

Husband kept waiting on the phone 1 hour 15/20 mins to make an appointment. Phone bills will be astronomical. Sometimes your number in the queue increases - how does this happen?
