Getting an appointment is a poor experience, and when I do get an appointment I always see different doctors.

I find it quite easy to get appointments. The receptionists are very helpful. I find the doctors very good.

My experience has not been good because of the difficulties experienced trying to get appointments. It is hard to get through to a receptionist and it is quite normal to be holding for over 30 minutes.

The surgery have helped my elderly father. I can usually get appointments for him when needed, and the doctors are very good.

I find it hard to get an appointment, and when I get one I don't feel like they listen, and treatment is not offered. I was in need of mental health support and nothing was offered or put in place.

I can get an appointment when I need one. I visited recently with a blocked ear and was prescribed with ear drops which have helped.

I find it easy to get an appointment. At a recent appointment my guardian attended with me and I did feel like the doctor addressed them rather than me. The problem was resolved though and I was happy with the outcome of my visit.

It can be difficult to get an appointment. I recently sought help from the GP for my son who is waiting for an autism assessment. He really struggles to sleep which impacts his daily life. The only medication they could prescribe did not work but they are unable to offer anything else, and we have to wait to see a peadiatrician.

I find it easy to book appointments and the staff are lovely. I was recently referred by the doctors for physiotherapy and the appointment came through quickly. I am very happy with the service provided by my surgery.

The prescription service is excellent but face to face appointments are very hard to get. You cant book appointments online or by attending the surgery and it is extremely difficult to get through on the phone.
