It hard to get through on the telephone and even harder to get an appointment.

I find it difficult to get an appointment. You are put on hold for far too long. I want face to face appointments to be more readily available. Talking to the doctor on the phone is not always adequate. When you actually get a face to face appointment my experience of the doctors is good. I have been told by the receptionist to phone 111 when there are no appointments left.

This service has improved of late. Can be frustrating to book appointments. Once you get a face to face appointment the care received is excellent.

I have regular appointments with the respiratory nurse for COPD. The level of service and care is very good.

Not the best experience because it is so hard to get an appointment.

Telephone appointments with the doctor are always offered but I would prefer face to face appointments which I am unable to get. Reception staff are friendly and try their best to help.

The surgery is easy to get in touch with. It can be hard to get a doctors appointment but the reception staff are approachable and helpful and the doctors are very good.

This surgery used to be very good but recently everything is delayed and slow. They call me to get my blood test done but they do not give me any appointment for it. Then I have to book appointment myself which takes almost 2 weeks to get one.

The receptionists are absolutely incompetent and rude. They hung up the phone on me multiple time and give me lots of wrong information.

The GP is good sometimes and sometimes they get everything wrong. I just take it day by day.
