Cant get appointment, wrong diagnosis

It takes a ridiculous amount of calls to get through in the morning once through never any appointments left, if your lucky to get an appointment everything is a viral infection including asthma and chest infections to the.point where after 5 visits to be told viral you end up in hospital with pneumonia
