The surgery is not very good. It's very rare that I can get an appointment. The doctors are nice when you see them, but the receptionists think that they know it all, and its hard to get past them.

The surgery is not very good. I have medical conditions but do not feel well cared for or supported. Medication reviews happen over the telephone, and its difficult to get an appointment. When I need to see a doctor I sometimes do not even bother trying because it is always the same here. I feel like I am alone to cope with my medical conditions on my own.

I am pleased that recently the surgery has improved. I am quite persistent and I now manage to get an appointment when I need one. There seems to be lots of new younger doctors who, and they are good.

My experience of the surgery is good. The doctors are very good and the receptionists are lovely. I can get an appointment when I need one. People complain but I think when you genuinely need an appointment they do their best to help. They take a lot of flack when they can only do their best.

I only get a diabetes check once every 12 months, when it was previously every 6 months.

I registered here 3 years ago and in all that time I have not seen a doctor. I have seen a nurse practitioner on a couple of occasions. I have had diabetes check ups with the diabetic nurse but I have found these to be poor. I had poor experience of no insulin for 21 days which was a nightmare and was a stressful and confusing situation. I had to chase here there any everywhere to try and get it sorted. The surgery was no help at all and did not seem to care.

I am happy with the doctors and think that they are great. I find getting an appointment quite awkward, because the receptionists can be difficult to deal with. One of the reception team has shouted at me for not wearing a mask, despite being exempt. They can be very rude and abrupt.

I have regular appointments with the nurse to take my blood pressure, and carryout medication reviews, but it is very hard to see a doctor. The nurses seem very rushed for time and I am always in and out very quickly.

I was referred here for physiotherapy. Sessions have gone well and have been beneficial to my injury. I have been very happy with the service.

After trying to get an appointment at my own surgery for a number of days I was finally given an emergency appointment here. The doctor was very good, his examination was very thorough. I was given 7 days worth of antibiotics and told to go back to my doctor if things did not improve.
