The nurses are fantastic

I have to come for regular blood tests and the nurses are just wonderful. The appointments are always pre-booked and I never have any problems. They are friendly and caring and take good care of me.
GP referral for face to face appointment

This is the second time I've been sent here by Kingshurst Medical Practice where we can never get a face to face appointment. I'm just relieved that my young son will be seen by a doctor today. I'm happy with the care and the experience at Bosworth Medical Centre.
Phoned this morning and got an appointment

Excellent service phoned this morning and got an appointment for my daughter. We were here a few weeks ago and it was a suspected viral infection but as she is unwell again so soon they are seeing her to check her over and make sure she doesn't need antibiotics.
Good care when you can get an appointment

Can be very hard to get through on the phone lines for an appointment but when you do the care is good. I've had ongoing problems with my knee and I've been to the GP a number of times. Finally being referred for further treatment.
Frustrating trying to get an appointment

Trying to get an appointment can be really frustrating. On the whole I get what I need eventually.

Good to get face to face appointments again

I generally find Bosworth quite good. Sometimes you can be on hold for a while but I usually get through. Can get face to face appointments too.
Referred here by my own GP

I couldn't get a face to face appointment with my own GP so have been sent here. There was a bit of a wait but overall I cant complain. Glad to have been seen.
Concern about ongoing meds given to child

I have visited a number of times now regarding my young child and the doctor just keeps prescribing medication. I am concerned about the pro-longed use of them and want the problem to be investigated properly to be sure this medication is the right treatment. I'm concerned that something could be being missed.
