I make use of the suggestion box but nothing changes!

I can never get an appointment it is so frustrating that I usually give up and don't get seen when I need to be. On occasions they have requested that I attend the Castle Bromwich surgery but this is not convenient for me as I do not drive and using public transport can be difficult.

I am a new patient at the practice and my experience so far has been difficult. I have found it hard to get an appointment. They communicate through text message which I find confusing and would prefer phone calls. I have been trying to sort out repeat prescriptions which has also proved tricky.

I was referred to Bosworth Medical Centre for physiotherapy but during my first appointment I was told that there was nothing that they could do and that I needed to go back to my own GP for referral to the hospital.

I was referred to Bosworth Medical Centre for physio and I cannot fault the service received. It was a bit of a wasted journey as on being examined by the physio there was nothing they could do for me. However, they referred me themselves to Heartlands hospital for further investigation which was appreciated and the appointment came through very quickly.

Trying to get an appointment is an absolute nightmare, phone lines are busy, the queues are long, and if you visit the surgery to book the receptionists are not helpful and I am told the appointments have all gone.

I have made numerous visits to the doctors in the past few months due to ongoing problems with blood pressure and fainting episodes. I have been able to get appointments and easily re-scheduled them when necessary. The doctors have been excellent in supporting me and treating my symptoms.

This is a fantastic surgery. People need to stop moaning about the staff and doctors, and complain about the people who abuse services. The doctors and staff here are brilliant.

I attended the surgery to book a repeat blood test because there had been concern about my last one. I was able to book a blood test for next week with no problem. I'm very happy with that.

I find it hard to get through on the phone lines and experience difficulties getting an appointment despite my medical problems and the fact that I have been battling cancer. I do not feel supported at all.
