SHP - Grove Surgery

Tried to call from 8.30am and couldn't get through until6.10pm
No longer a service. Phone details said I called 23 times and system overloaded and I couldn't get through, No option to leave message.
Dreads having to call them again.
Had cancer and had asked GP to prescribe what consultant had asked.
Cant rate as GP is 5 and system is 1

Don't get through on phone lines for over an hour, they then drop call and you have to start again
Some GP'S don't listen to you and talk over you. Many wrong diagnosis.
My nephew got told he had a virus but it was actually a brain tumor. Only found out by seeking private help as he knew it was a virus but serious. The Dr said they were just being over protective parents, its just a virus.

The GP is not helpful at all. When I had usual headache and I called I was told to take pain killers by the reception without any doctor's input. Every time I call they tell me to do self treatment.

The reception is rude and not listening to me. Am alwasys being told to wait and am tired of it.

Went for a scan and still waiting for my results over 2 months from my GP. The radiography suggested that I call for the results but I have been waiting in the queue for over an hour.

There is a miscommunication between hospital and GP, I have to chase up my hospital results and do everything else myself.

I was told by the GP that I need to see a specialist for checkup. Its been 3 months and still nothing. Am in pain because I have hemorroide. I am bleeding but because I am refugee and I don,t know what to do am just waiting.

We utelised antenatal prenatal and post natal services here. We found these services as outstanding, Nurses, Doctors were really helpful and approachable. Communication was great. Overall great experience

Injection appointment from GP always delayed and I have to chase it up on my own. Made 10 calls before getting response. I have to self refer for my appointment that should be done by the GP.
