Long queue and poor communication

I queued for 40 minutes and my phone went dead. Everything is online and for me with sight problems, I cannot see my emails and I struggle with computer. Need to speak to a person it should be easier. Drs are good when you see them but the communication methods are poor.
Lost faith in practice as can’t get through

Even phoning on the stroke of 08.00 am on direct dial I was 43rd in the queue. I have got to third in the queue on several occasions and got cut off. When I have needed help I have gone privately as I have found the surgery impossible to contact.
Worried about patient confidentiality

Took 3 weeks of calling to get an appointment. I had a phone consultation, the Dr told me all the details on my file were wrong, I insisted they must be looking at the wrong patient record. Spoken to very aggressively after pointing this out and my hearing problems were dismissed. When having anxiety problems I couldn't face the stress of calling and arguing with the doctor again, so suffered in silence. It used to be so much better before it joined the Health Partnership.

The waiting time is unbearable, i have to work but if i still want my appointment then i have to lose 2 hours work time

GP was not great at the beginning, they did not seem to understand the issues of the patients.
Long Queue

Can't get through for an appointment.
There is only 1 staff on reception and means waiting in the long queue.
Prescriptions are ordered online which i pick up from the chemist.
Sometimes when it is quiet you can get appointments generally the following week or sometimes in a couple of months.
Sometimes staff are friendly as they are staff who are being trained. Some staff moan and shout.
One staff was very helpful as she helped to set up online prescription service face to face.

1/2 hour on hold and then put through and then can't get appointment.
Will take children to A&E rather then try to make appointment as knows can't get one.

Getting better but still not good

Getting better but still not good. Other SHP sites seem better. Had very bad experience with receptionist who said i couldnt have hearing problems if I was able to converse face to face with her.
Nightmare getting through
you are always 30+ in queue and no appointments.
Puts you off seeing or calling them.
GPs themselves are very good if you can see them.
Also you get a text saying from SHP but no one knew what SHP was.
