It can be hard to get seen face to face but you have to appreciate that it takes a long time to answer the phones and they are very busy. You can't always get seen the same day but they can sort advance appointments. The staff are very caring and do try their best to help however they can.

I can always get appointments when I need one. The doctors are all okay too.

The doctors here are great but getting through on the phone can be a nightmare. Despite this the receptionists are helpful and do their best to get you in. It's also quite easy to get a phone appointments and then the doctor will decide if they need to see you or not.

They are okay, they used to be fantastic but post COVID it seems to be taking time to get back to normal. Everything is done over the phone and it is hard to get face to face appointments. Before COVID they were talking about changing their hours but it never happened. Once you can get in the treatment is first class.

I haven't been able to see the midwife here but I haven't really needed to so that's alright.

They are good when you can get an appointment but you can't always get in and have to see different doctors each time.

I cannot see my midwife here which is disappointing.

I have been unable to get a face to face appointment for some time. I have only been offered telephone appointments and the last time I needed one I had to wait two weeks. The receptionists tend to be unhelpful and ignorant.

It is difficult to get appointments, which is difficult for me because I have a long term condition. I have regular blood tests with the nurse, and that service is good.

My experience of Marston Green Surgery has been very positive. I have been able to book appointments when I have needed one. The doctors have provided a good level of treatment and great continuity of care. They were quick to refer me following unsuccessful treatment of my ailment, and my referral appointment came through quickly. I have been very happy with the service and care provided.
