Underwhelmed

2 out of 3 GP’s are good, sadly the 3rd is awful. Nursing staff are excellent. Admin staff and practice manager are dire, they make mistake after mistake. Generally it is a practice I would avoid whilst it’s being steered by an incompetent manager.
