Green Lane Surgery

Can never get through on the phone for any appointments. When you can you are frequently told of the unavailability of appointments and advised to call back the following day, only to be told the same again.

Not friendly and always trying to be a medical professional and giving advice. The reception has the audacity to tell me to take paracetamol.

No support for me during difficult times. I had an unusual headache and I was told to take paracetamol. They did not see me for weeks and I had to go and pay for private doctor to check what was causing my headache. They told me it was because I was not sleeping and stressed.

Reception is a nightmare, they ask personal questions on the phone

Dont listen to what you tell them hard to get to see a doctor and when you do your in there for 5 to 10 min that all

Receptionist asks why you want to see a Dr this can be embarrassing, also don't answer phone even when I've sat in waiting room and watched them, ask for appt to be told Dr will ring you next week!! Very reluctant to see patients face to face but expect nurses too daily. Used to be such a great surgery but has gone really down hill regarding support of patients

They are thorough with you when you need help, especially doctors Thomas she is a god send with today’s awful doctors! They actually answer the phone to you and is just generally a good doctors surgery

Horrible experience with them several times. Left me without medication which gave me severe side effects. Didn't seem to care. Receptionists are patronising and don't listen. Doctors call when and if they can be bothered.

Always managed to speak to a Dr when needed, even in lockdown I've emailed the surgery and got reply back with a call from the Dr scheduled. Very nice reception staff always willing to help.

Doctors are great, and nurses too, downside reception they make a lot of mistakes. Waiting time for phones has got better. Just wish they would open up now.
