Green Lane Surgery

Receptionist asks why you want to see a Dr this can be embarrassing, also don't answer phone even when I've sat in waiting room and watched them, ask for appt to be told Dr will ring you next week!! Very reluctant to see patients face to face but expect nurses too daily. Used to be such a great surgery but has gone really down hill regarding support of patients

They are thorough with you when you need help, especially doctors Thomas she is a god send with today’s awful doctors! They actually answer the phone to you and is just generally a good doctors surgery

Horrible experience with them several times. Left me without medication which gave me severe side effects. Didn't seem to care. Receptionists are patronising and don't listen. Doctors call when and if they can be bothered.

Always managed to speak to a Dr when needed, even in lockdown I've emailed the surgery and got reply back with a call from the Dr scheduled. Very nice reception staff always willing to help.

Doctors are great, and nurses too, downside reception they make a lot of mistakes. Waiting time for phones has got better. Just wish they would open up now.

2 out of 3 GP’s are good, sadly the 3rd is awful. Nursing staff are excellent. Admin staff and practice manager are dire, they make mistake after mistake. Generally it is a practice I would avoid whilst it’s being steered by an incompetent manager.
