Doctors are great when you can access them

On the 2 occasions I have telephoned - the first time I waited 1 hr 20 mins, the second time 25 mins. When visiting for blood tests, it was well organised.

Very helpful staff throughout the pandemic,

Always polite and helpful reception staff. Doctors have always called when they said and booked me hospital appointments throughout the pandemic if needed.
