The doctors have been a great support to and are really helping me cope with my anxiety and panic attacks. Recently I have been having problems with my medication and the doctors have been very thorough in working with me to get them right. I have felt listened to and I can only thank them for treating me with kindness. They have referred me quickly when necessary, and my experience overall has been excellent.

I do not go to the doctors very often and when I need an appointment a carer makes the appointment for me. I always get an appointment when I need one. I see different doctors when I visit but I always have a carer with me so I feel okay with it.

My experience of the surgery is fantastic. The receptionists are great and the doctors are nice too. I can always get an appointment when I need one and I'm seen in good time.

I have no problems getting an appointment and the doctors are friendly and helpful.

The doctors have been very supportive, caring and helpful, but unfortunately my general experience is hugely impacted by the problems I encounter when trying to book appointments. You have to hold for a very long time, to then be triaged by a receptionist, and you are still not guaranteed an appointment. It is very frustrating and such a shame because once you see a doctor they really are fantastic.

I have been seen by GPs at this surgery when I have been unable to book an appointment at my own surgery. I have found the doctors to be very good and I have been happy with the services provided.

I never see the same doctor twice. To get a face to face appointment you have to tell the receptionist what your problem is, then often you are called back by a doctor before you are offered a face to face appointment. Its very frustrating after going through this process when you see a doctor they then ask you what the problem is or how they can help. I recently saw a doctor who asked me what I thought I had. I explained to them that I was there to find out what was wrong and that is why I needed to see a doctor.

I attended the surgery for a routine blood appointment, and on talking to the nurse and explaining how I had not felt right they sought assistance from a GP. They were thorough in their examination and advised me to go the A&E because they were concerned about my symptoms taking into account my medical condition.

Getting through on the phone to book an appointment is an absolute nightmare. Some receptionists are wonderful but others are not so great. I do find that they are better and more accommodating when you call for an appointment for a child. You never see the same doctor twice which means that you have to spend your limited appointment time explaining your medical history. I don't feel listened to, and I feel rushed during appointments trying to explain things, be properly examined, diagnosed, and treated.

It is very difficult to get through on the phone lines, making it very hard to get an appointment. It is quite normal that if you do get through you are told all the appointments are gone. The system is very frustrating. The doctors are good when you see them, the struggle is seeing them.
