Very difficult to get to speak to a doctor

It is impossible to get through on the phone, which is especially difficult if you have limited time to be on the phone eg at work, it takes 2 days or more for someone to respond to an online consultation, then it can be difficult explaining symptoms or taking photos when it would be far easier for a doctor to examine you in person. Even issues with medication are difficult or take longer to resolve than usual explaining to reception then having to wait for to call back to get in the list to discuss it with a pharmacist. Also difficulty trying to get information about the flu jab for my asthmatic daughter meant I had to go to a pharmacy to get it done instead of a flu clinic.

Called to book a smear, unable to do so!
I was told the nurse would call me back at some point, but in the receptionists words ‘it won’t be for some time’
A week later still haven’t heard something, hopefully I will still have a clear smear by the time they call me back and book me in

Husband has ongoing issues, needed to speak with regular GP, impossible! Spoke to 4 different GP’s from other practices who were no help. Since SHP involved service is appalling! Jacey prior to SHP we’re brilliant! Queuing system on the phones is ridiculous, especially when you get cut off frequently!

Since joining SHP it has been a nightmare trying to get through to even speak to anyone. Who has time to sit on hold for 1-2hours!!!
Before joining SHP I have always found the medical staff at Jacey to go above and beyond. I just hope should we need the service again that the service has not gone the same as the admin side (and that is from the shp powers that be as opposed to the actual admin staff speaking to the patients!)

Tried to access blood results twice via email and no response.
Also have an expired device and no endometrial protection .Dangerous and outside RGOG guidance and GMC guidance.
