Poor care of treatment

I was sent by heartlands to Solihull hospital before covid in 2018 to the pains clinic. Had two appointments and then a followup was to follow in Dec 2019 but got cancelled due to covid. I had not received any appointments or any communications until this year when a letter was received for an appointment April but then was cancelled last minute.
I have not had any follow up since. It has been 8 months since i have had no follow up appointments or calls.
The hospital has long waiting time and with follow ups not being offered this is adding anxiety to the concerns that I have.
This is poor care treatment and NHS is no longer putting patients health as priority.

The Solihull A&E was easy access and was 24/7 service that could be accessed without having to wait for GP, Paramedic, or having to contact NHS 111 Advice line.
