Can never get appointment

There is never any doctor available to speak with, they are always busy or not there. Phone's never answered and I cannot get repeat prescription without calling 4 to 6 times.

The surgery was fine until it merged with SHP. It is a nightmare.
You can phone and phone and if you are lucky enough to get through then you are waiting long in the queue only to find that you get cut off as you get closer in the queue.
There was a patient line that was set up by an organisation but every time they went to the GPs with the patients concerns, they would get told everything is ok.
People are going to hospitals but then are being asked to visit their GPs.

Absolutely disgraceful

Impossible to get an appointment - ever. What's the point in having a blood test if you can't then get an appointment to discuss results with a doctor?

Service is okay when you are able to get appointment. It is very hard to get through and when you do all appointments are finished. I waited 9 months for physio referral.

Been with surgery 43 years, the GP/Nurse are very supportive and helpful. Always there to advice

Very good response when I found a lump on my breast seen straight away which was this year.

Cant get appointments especially physical face to face appointments.
Due to the long waiting queues which could take between 2-3 hours, I walk into the surgery when I need appointments which are most times taken due to people getting their before you and limited availability of the GP.
For pre prescription service they normally ask for 3 days notice but i always give them 4 because the medications are never ready when you go to collect them on the 3rd day instead they advise they are waiting to be signed. I have to wait until the prescriptions are signed for me to be able to collect my medications.
The service pre pandemic was great but since post pandemic the service has not been great.
Positive - I do get regular diabetic reviews and when i see them they also book me in for my feet.

I was able to book appointment to see the nurse for holiday vaccination
the staff was good and all the information relation to the vaccination was provided.
Experience was overall good and was able to get through quite quickly when trying to book.

the staff have been helpful with the service I have had. Although I prefer to see a regular doctor which is not always possible. Have to see different dr who have different qualifications.

I have contacted the GP on many occasions to arrange an appointment for a blood test which is required for my blood test which I have still not been able to get.
I am concerned as I have been experiencing fluttering and my chest has been feeling abnormal.
When I managed to speak to a staff I asked to see a GP only to be advised to contact NHS 111 advice line.
