My request for regular medication is not getting through to a doctor and a chemist nurse keeps sending review messages but won't book an appointment even though I pointed out their booking system is not successful. So this leaves you angry at the people who are supposed to be helping you. After several requests for a repeat prescription, a message of review is texted and the online blocked. Some one is playing God without thought of the impact this makes to the patient. I'm on holiday and about to run out of medication and now left to chase a supply whilst I should be enjoying a relaxing time away from this kind of unnecessary hassle and anger.

No communication until it’s near emergency dialling 111. Then 3 calls in space of an hour from 2 different people asking the same thing. Uncoordinated, unprofessional, unreliable and mostly unhelpful to provide a basic level of care.

Very rude and patronising reception staff. Treat patients like cattle. No flexibility. To speak to a Dr regarding anything other than an ailment e.g. a fit note, bloods request still requires a Drs appointment of which there are never any.

Service and experience has been ok, its just very hard to be seen in person.

Overall I find them ok can be difficult to get an appointment.

Virtually impossible to get an appointment! Appointments are released each day at 8.30, which means people who need a dr urgently are fighting against those who have a routine, non-urgent request which could be dealt with at any time. Appointments are all gone by 8,45 so very difficult to see a dr on the day you wish, especially if you are busy at 8.30 eg at work!
Once you manage to get an appointment drs are great.

My son has had 6 strokes and for him to be treated as he has is an absolute disgrace. He can't get to see the same doctor. He suffers with depression & anxiety. So he doesn't need to explain him self every time he see another locom. He asked for a sick note to get on pips but he was told he could only have a sick note for six weeks. Which is ridiculous. He's always worked till his strokes. He shouldn't be treated like this.

For the last few years it was impossible to get through the phone system or to speak with anyone. But since the beginning of this year things have change for the better. I was seen by the doctor two consecutive times and I have been referred to another service for my anxiety and depression.

They have removed option to book future appointments. Can only call 8.30am and get same day appointment. Impossible to get through. For working people it makes it almost impossible to see your GP
