The midwife here has been good but I have not really seen much of her. I have all of her contact details and she has texted me to check in though which has been nice.

My experience has always outstanding. The reception staff are amazing, they offer a friendly and helpful service and I can always get an appointment.
It's easier to book appointments in person

Getting an appointment over the telephone can be a bit hit and miss. It's much easier to book appointments in person at the surgery, but it's not always convenient to get here to book. Once you have an appointment the care from the GPs and nurses is very good.

I have no problems getting an appointment when I need one. The care received from the doctors and nursing team is very good.

I have been a patient for 36 years and have never experienced any problems. Sometimes it can be difficult to get an appointment but most staff are very helpful and my requests are usually accommodated. The doctors and nursing team are all fantastic. I attend regularly for routine checks as a result of ongoing health problems and long term conditions, and I am very happy with the service and care I receive.
Booking appointments in surgery is best

I have found that its easiest to get an appointment if you attend the surgery. I've attended today to get an appointment and have made one for next week. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.
Service has declined over the years

I have been a patient here for over 50 years and I'm really not happy with the service you receive nowadays. I need to phone for appointments due to poor health and mobility. The phone lines are always busy but I do use the option of pressing 1 for a call back when its available. I can be waiting sometime for that call back and it does not always result in an appointment. When you speak or see a doctor you are only allowed to discuss one issue with them unless you book a double appointment. It's hard enough to get one appointment let alone a double appointment. This seems ridiculous to me. The doctors are ok when you see can see them or speak to them but the service is no longer personable like it used to be years ago which is a real shame. We are just expected to be grateful that we get to speak/see one.
