Service was fine once through, but terrible s

Spend several days trying to get through on the phone. Finally got a repeat prescription, followed by a call from nurse who wanted my blood pressure reading, but I do not own a blood pressure monitor and they could not offer an appointment to do this. Have previously had good experiences here but since the merging of the solihull partnership it's been an incredible difficult service to get in touch with

Terrible - NHS ARE NOT OPEN!

At least an hour wait to get through then awaiting a call back which comes anytime. Despite me insisting my wife needs to be seen who was 6 weeks post pregnant, they said no. All we had was a call and more medication prescribed, despite not seeing the issue. All we here is the NHS is open, it is clearly NOT! Priorities are all wrong and people are being completely forgotten about with Covid taking all time and resources.

Not good at all!

Terrible service! Queuing on the phone for over an hour to them be told they will pass me to someone who can deal with my problem to them be placed in another queue for over an hour!! No call back off doctors when told there would be. No interest in my issue I had and told to call back the next day after been on hold for over an hour and a bad water infection I was told to call back the next day! Terrible service! We need the doctors surgery back open

Impossible to contact

Had to spend ages on the phone to the central hub for an appointment I couldn't then be given on the phone. To be rung again from a different surgery to book me in at my own surgery. Filled in a form online, filled in when I wasn't available so they rang between those times and booked an appointment when I said I wouldn't be free.

Never had a problem with Haslucks green surgery, even though I'm with Grove Rd surgery atm due to the covid, I've never had an issue with appointment or repeat medication etc

Cannot get through to surgery

Since this surgery joined SHP the service has become awful. Cannot phone for an appointment for my toddler, took 6 days for a call back from an online consultation and I only got a response because I complained on the SHP Facebook page. I’m in the process of escalating the complaint as GP only responded via text and diagnosed eczema without looking at the injury, which was an infected cut and not eczema. I am disgusted that GPs are using Covid as an excuse to not see patients, all other businesses have now returned to normal operations, why are GPs different?

Consistent abysmal service

This is an awful healthcare provider, it is impossible to get an appointment oftentimes they do not even answer your calls. They are immensely incompetent at providing repeat prescriptions which causes health issues for their patients. The reception staff are repeatedly rude however the doctors and nurses are good. Their service simply isn’t good enough and has only changed for the worse since using the surgery for the last 19 years.

Pre SHP decent service, under SHP awful.

Must be either under staffed or simply poorly managed. Waiting 45 minutes to speak to someone is no understatement. Disgusting. This kind of service would definitely encourage a household to move out of the Borough. But is this the norm nationally?

Shockingly poor service

Impossible to get through on the phones, always over capacity or number 45 in the queue at best, just to be cut off at 4 in the queue after waiting on hold forever. When I finally did get through to ask to speak to a doctor about shielding advice for my prematurely born son, I was fobbed off by the receptionist and told to look up info on the government website instead, because COVID is such a new virus the doctors don’t have the information. The rest of the country is getting back to work but where are the GPs? Why aren’t they answering the phones? Disgraceful!
