Can never get an appointment when one is needed unless it’s an emergency one despite trying to phone on the day or book online

I’ve never had a bad experience. Whenever I’ve spoken to a doctor they’ve always listened (I can’t say the same for other surgeries I’ve been to). The phone waiting times can be frustrating and online bookings can go quickly, but it’s worth it for me personally to be able to see competent and engaged doctors.

Almost impossible to get an appointment. Run for the benefit of the partners.

We can always get an appointment, the staff are polite, helpful and thorough.

During these past turbulent months the surgery has been very responsive and adaptable. Was able to e-mail prescription request which was forwarded to pharmacy so only needed to go out once to collect.

Basically try to select 3 doctors in particular. They are all excellent. One openly rude to my husband when he was unwell and another the same to me. But. Overall a really positive experience.

For past two years very difficult to get appointment online unless on the day and then not Dr of choice. Several new Drs inexperienced. Since COVID-19 closed, but now easing I feel the surgery should reopen like others. Phone appointments should be a choice not mandatory, especially for elderly. Sometimes unable to get appointment for weeks ahead. I’ve been a patient for many years of Dorridge but it has gone downhill very badly since experienced Drs retired.

The surgery is good and the staff and doctors are great i have to admit, but it is quite hard to get through on the phone for an appointment

So Hard to get through to them on the phone. Dr's are great, fantastic, but the queue on the phone is not good at all.

Ive never had a problem with the surgery thankfully, great Doctors and great treatment.
