Reception staff are rude and unfeeling. Act like patients making appointments are an inconvenience and are shocked when you enquire if there is an option for an appointment at the weekend or after 6pm (due to work commitments).

Getting an appointment to is challenging but there are 3 Drs I’m happy with and they seem to care. With COVID I’m less satisfied, appointments over the phone isn’t great and I do feel patients should be seen for irregular things.

Whenever I have contacted the surgery they have always been helpful and if necessary a Doctor has undertaken a telephone consultation.
Doctors been great.

Overall extremely positive with engagement and information. Only one doctor we avoid. A couple of admin staff need better training.

You have had plenty of time to get on the case of this poorly performing surgery ,overwhelmed with partly satisfied patients - their Customers .Will you now get on the case ?

Very poor booking system and GP availability chronic. Under resourced. Run for benefit of partners. If new to area sign up elsewhere.
Takes too long to get through on phone

Can never book an emergency appointment for after 5’oclock, you have to wait till lunchtime and hope all the appointments before then have gone. Really annoying when you work.
