My husband suffered for months with earache

The Dr refused to see him. Spoke on the phone he suffered for months with pain and swelling and deafness. He was told to pay privately for an ear exam and treatment to remove earwax.
He was then refered back to the Dr because he needed antibiotics for his ear infection. The other Dr he spoke to was less than happy that the colleague in question was refusing to see patients that obviously needed to be seen face to face

Very attentive GP service

I have had numerous medical problems in past year and have been referred to specialists when required and received excellent attention, especially from Dr Edwards. He has looked info up on line and sent it to me, adjusted medication to correct health issues and phoned me to maintain updates on my condition. Reception staff are always helpful and I have usually obtained a phone appointment for same day. A face to face appointment was also arranged when needed. We are very fortunate to have this health centre in our village.

I had to actually see a doctor the other. It was very well organised. I felt very and comfortable. Can’t fault Balsall common surgery. Excellent

Both jabs so well organised right from car park to 15 minute waiting area very clear instructions on inner doors to enable access into building all staff very cheerful, friendly and professional.
GP phone call excellent

Each time I have called for an appointment the GP has called back and successfully provided treatment support. One GP was particularly helpful and I felt he really had time for me and delved deeper than maybe would have been the case had I been to the surgery.

Good initial call with the receptionist’s this was followed by a timely call back from the doctor.

Unable to get earwax removal treatment any more. Nail clipping also cannot be booked, both meaning expensive private appointments. I'm also concerned at over reliance on remote consultations, leading to the possibility of serious problems being missed. As I have found, it's difficult enough getting a correct diagnosis even when they are prepared to see you in person.
