Never any appointments especially for kids. Ring early in the morning and you are having to wait 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. When you get through they advise you to ring back at 4pm for kids. They should prioritise kids.
When you do get an appointment it is over the phone first. My son suffers from chest problems. It just seems like Doctor's don't care.

Waiting time on phone can be long so it's best to call into reception. Then a Dr. will call you on the same day. Reception staff and GP's have been very good. Locums don't go into much detail or refer you.

Unable to get appointments when you contact early in the morning.
They don't answer despite being on hold for 30mins to 1 hour. When you do manage to get through you get advised there is no appointment and to call back next day.
I eventually did get to see a locum doctor who was lovely, who later referred me to the dermatology department for a skin issue I had.

When I contact the surgery to book an appointment, i am having to wait a long time on the phone. I am on hold from 30mins - 1 hour. The surgery provides a call back service before 12pm however no time is specified. This affects me when I need to plan when I am going out.
The service is not bad but experiences are different each time depending who you speak to.
The surgery needs to fully open up.
Staff are friendly and I find them okay.
Lately the surgery has not been so bad and they do follow up with appointments.

Called to get an appointment for my Epilepsy and she told me they only taking bookings for urgent cases.

How can a doctor help people on the phone, what if they don't have internet as most of us senior citizens don't. Since when did the receptionist become the doctor and you are left on hold for 30 minutes when you are caller number one

I can never get through on the phone, when you do there’s no appointments! I’ve been referred to gynaecologist over 3 months ago and still no appointment from the hospital. They Google everything when you tell them what’s wrong with you. They have no compassion when it comes to kids with special needs. I think
Overall they just blame Covid now for everything
