The Friendly Inn

I am really happy here, we have lots of fun and lots of laughs. We have parties and sing songs. On our birthday's we get made a fuss of and have birthday cakes and a party. Our families can come along too. The staff are lovely, you only have to press the bell in your room and they come to see you. I like to stay mobile though and don't have to rely on the bell.

They take marvellous care of us. There's a lot to the job and they are only young but they take great care of us and nothing is every too much trouble. We can ask the staff anything at any time and they always help us. I am very happy here, I have some lovely friends here too.

Resident found wandering the streets nearby, staff apparently didn't even notice he was missing when contacted!!
Had heard many similar experiences of residents left outside with staff unaware!
