Excellent care and lovely staff

My experience here was amazing and the care I received was excellent. The staff were lovely and very caring. Nobody judged me as I expected them to for being on a low income, they were fantastic.

I visited this Hospital for a cardiology appointment. I was seen within a couple of days of requesting the appointment and was tested very thoroughly. The service was excellent and I am very happy with how quickly everything went as I would have been waiting for ages through the NHS.
Good care

I recently paid to see a doctor here because I couldn't get an appointment at my GP and they said there was nothing they could do for my issue. This system is very frustrating but the care from this hospital was good.
A good service but some cost discrepancies

They provide a pretty good service. I had been using their online system but it stopped working so I changed to their virtual service. There have been some discrepancies on costs which has been disappointing.

The examination I received here was excellent but I was told I will need a biopsy within 3 months and I can't afford to pay for further private treatment.

I was referred via the NHS 4 years ago for treatment for a long term lung condition. After waiting for months with no end in sight I opted for private treatment at Spire Parkway. The service, care and treatment has been wonderful I cannot fault them at all. Obviously it is a service that I am paying for but its excellent nonetheless.

A hip problem was raised by my GP and we were referred to the hospital. After being told how long we would wait we opted for private care and it has been excellent. We were seen quickly, diagnosis and treatment went very well. The service provided by Spire Parkway is excellent.
Opted for private care after long NHS wait

After a long wait on the NHS for an appointment with ENT for my child we opted for a private consultation. The problem was identified and treated quickly. Care was excellent.

I was referred here as an NHS patient. I must say the care I received was excellent. Everything was done very quickly, and the staff were very kind. I got the results very quickly.
