Testing happened much quicker than NHS

I went private after being told that there would be an 8 week wait for testing through the NHS. Within 5 days of my appointment at Spire Parkway I was given the all clear.
A very good service but awful parking

I was told that there was a 96 week wait for an NHS referral appointment so opted to go private to see a rheumatologist. I was very happy with the service I received. I have noticed how the hospital has become much busier and parking is now a problem.
Quick treatment unlike the NHS

My NHS referral was taking so long, and with no clear idea of how much longer I would be waiting I opted for private care at Spire Parkway. I got an appointment quickly and I was very happy with the service and treatment I received.
More difficult to make appointments than NHS

I chose this service because I was told that the referral process was quicker than the NHS. I am not that impressed as I have found it harder to make appointments or speak to administrative staff than through NHS services. When I have been able to see the consultants they have been fine.
Good care but had to pay

I paid over £100 to be seen here because I couldn't get an appointment through my GP. The care was good but I wasn't happy about having to pay.
Very good care in cardiology

I recently attended a private cardiology appointment at this hospital for testing. Everything went well and the care I received was very good.
Good care and prescribed medication

I visited this hospital for treatment of an issue with my eye. The care I received was good and I was given a prescription. I was then told to get the medication prescribed through my GP so I would not have to pay any more.
Seen much quicker than through the NHS

I visited this hospital for an initial consultation after being told the wait at Solihull Hospital was 52 weeks. I was told that I may have basal carcinoma making it very scary that I would have had to wait that long.
Excellent care during steroid injections

I visit this hospital regularly for epilepsy management and they are always wonderful.
