Poor care and support for elderly mum

The social care team was contacted for my mum who is in her 100's.
There is no consistency with the staff in the morning. Families and my mum is not able to tell which staff should be coming in the morning.
The staff in the evenings that come to provide meals are not regular. I am one of the daughters and I have contacted the social team a lot of time to explain this including other family members but nothing is being done.
Family members have gone out to visit mum in the afternoon to check on her and to ensure that she has eaten and dropped food off for her.
My mum did have a social worker but they are no longer coming.

No communication for months

I was on the list for getting a support worker by the council, its been 4 months and still no one has called me to ask me how I'm doing. The lines are busy and because I'm old I fall asleep while on the phone. I wish someone will come to my home and speak with me. Am I asking too much? The social care system is broken now, I have to rely on the good will of the people to provide me with the support.

They are always busy and I have to keep phoning them before they do anything. I live on my own and I love my independence.

I can't get any support for my housing issues. I have been told that I have to wait for 2 month before I can get anything done. I have a lot of problems in my house.

The solihull adult social care service are slow to act, sometimes I can not even get a simple answer for things that are happening to me daily.

I self referred for an occupational therapy assessment due to difficulties with my mobility. I received a call within two weeks to advice that they had a cancellation and they could come out for assessment. They came and fitted a bannister which is very helpful. The service was brilliant, quick and efficient.
No consideration

I am autistic and I work part-time at solihull council, am working from home but I will like to go back to the office and no one is saying anything to me. This is having effects on my mental health.

Been waiting for the council to do repairs in the house and no one has come and done it.

I have difficulty infilling out my housing forms online because I have learning difficulty. When I asked to come to the office for support I was told not to. It is frustrating because if I don't get it done I will lose my priority list.

I am mostly disabled. I contacted for home assessment for an occupational therapist due to my poor mobility conditions and balance.
I was referred a couple of years ago and still not had a visit or heard anything about the referral.
As a result I have had to get my own hand rails up for support but I should not have to do this on my own.
I feel let down by the authority and feel it is a waste of time saying anything as no action is taken.
I am having to pay for repair issues after for any issues after they have carried out any work.
Waste of time having a service if they are not going to provide accessible quality service for the local residents.
