UHB Solihull Hospital

I was seen at the antenatal clinic and was told that I needed to go straight to Heartlands to see a consultant. It is quite annoying that I couldn't see one there as I was there anyway. This service is not properly staffed and it's very frustrating.

I had to see a midwife here for baby check ups as they don't do them at my GP. The staff here are lovely and I have no complaints about the service.

I receive ongoing treatment from the ophthalmology team at Solihull Hospital, and overall I am very happy with the service I have received. At my most recent appointment they were unable to treat me because of an eye problem. The staff were great and explained the problem and why they could not treat me. I was seen quickly by very friendly staff and was pleased with the level of service I received.

I waited months for my referral appointment to come through for the urology outpatients department at Solihull Hospital. I was disappointed with how long I waited, but the treatment I have received since my first appointment has been very good. My overall experience of the urology department and Solihull Hospital has been very good.

My outpatient appointments on ward 8 go very well. I have been receiving ongoing glaucoma care at Solihull Hospital and have been satisfied with the service and treatment.

My experience of the cardiology department at Solihull Hospital has been great. I have attended a number of appointments in person and have also had follow up appointments over the telephone. I cannot fault the service I have received.

My experience of the ophthalmology department at Solihull Hospital has been very good. I have had a number of appointments and now attend on a regular basis. The department is well run, I never have to wait long for my appointments and the staff are nice and friendly.

I have been waiting over 18 months for my referral appointment from Solihull Hospital's ENT department. The waiting time has been very disappointing.

My experience of the orthopaedic department at Solihull Hospital has been very good. From my very first appointment to the ongoing routine check ups I have found the doctors and nurses to be great.

The volunteers here are wonderful and the care is good when I visit every 2 weeks.
