UHB Solihull Hospital

I visit the eye clinic here for cataract treatment and they are excellent. I have no issues or complaints and the follow on care has been good.

I have visited this hospital a few times for physiotherapy and on the whole they've been good. The trainee I saw on my first visit was fantastic. The second visit was not as good. They had all of the incorrect information and hadn't read my notes. I had to speak to the manager after being treated appallingly who thankfully was lovely and listened to my concerns. After that I have seen a fully qualified physiotherapist who has been wonderful.

My ECG appointment here went well.

The care I received in ophthalmology was good. I had no issues and now have regular follow ups done.

Parking here is expensive but otherwise I have no issues.

My consultant appointment went well. They were very nice and it was a good experience.

The rheumatology department is very good. All of the doctors and nurses there are great.

There can be long wait times at the hospital pharmacy but they are very good.

My pre-op appointment here was very good. The staff and doctors were very good and looked after me very well.

The ENT department is good, I have no issues.
