Orderly queue. Went in in time order. Polite helper outside. Very quick considering the amount of people being vaccinated.

I have been with this practice for many years, and can honestly say that I have never not been able to get an appointment. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. I have just had my first vaccination, and everything was extremely efficient.
Terrible doctors.

Poor disabled access. At flu clinic despite advising them in advance that 2 wheelchair users attending they could not open the gate to allow entry or exit. Had to be manhandled by carer down a steep muddy bank and down a steep kerb at an angle. Doctors don't care about patients and give the impression they are in a rush. At last consultation doctor issued wrong prescription despite medication being stated in letter from hospital consultant.
Poor contact during covid

Currently the surgery is still not accepting regular face to face appointments even though we are out I’d lock down and important appointments sent being allowed. I received my 3 year letter in March for cervical screening. I view this as a very important test to have because of the implications if any cancer gets missed without having it. So far I’m still being told they aren’t allowing cervical screening appointments and no date is given for when this service will start again. I don’t understand why this can’t be done when something like this can be carried out by washing hands, all parties wearing ppe and Before the appointment checks can be made to check u don’t have any covid symptoms!
