Very poor

The doctors basically Google the symptoms and tell you what Google says. If I rang up saying 'I think I've got a chest infection', they'd just take my word for it instead of checking.

Said my son hadn’t got a virus, DR didn’t commucate very well to busy looking at his screen, next day son in hospital with a virus
