I am happy with the service

I am happy with the service provided at the Green Lane Surgery. The reception staff are helpful and the doctors are good. I can usually get an appointment when I need one.

My GP is great, I see my doctor regularly as it should be. My only issue is with communication between hospital and GP. It can be quite tricky when all information are not passed on. I had to wait for some weeks to know the outcome of an hospital result.

Can't fault this surgery reception staff, nurses and doctors have always been very friendly the doctors never hurry you if l request a prescription iits in the chemist that day

Not clued to pc, spoke in clear sentences for my son who is autistic, he has seen many doctors throughout his life and he commented she was good 10/10, nobody has received that score before. We have a plan in place Thankyou

Brilliant surgery, always answer phone in reasonable time. Out of hours service at Bosworth is great and never so far had to wait to see / speak to somebody

This surgery has now moved and merged with Arran way surgery. Green lane surgery totally depends on who you get to see.
